It’s basically revenge porn

Revenge porn, it’s traumatizing,  painful mentally.

And hard to remove from the internet.

Like really hard. News sites are covering how damn hard it is for the internet to forgot. People wrote guides on how to remove revenge porn.

The problem is that it doesn’t go far enough. You can prosecute the person who did it, but the problem is that the photos are going to remain online on the website where they are posted, and then they are going to spread from that website to other websites. You can prosecute the person who did it all you want, but it doesn’t address the problem of what happens to the victim after the photographs appear online.

Exactly, just like RD’s children’s identities being  spread on the net. It’s almost impossible to remove because every time you ask people to remove the images, they come up with excuses.

These pictures, information were released without the children’s consent. This invasion of privacy will haunt the kids till the day they die. All because the people building the internet didn’t inbuilt a right to be forgotten. Of course why would they inbuilt such a function. They couldn’t have known such horrors would occur due their invention.

These kids deserve to be forgotten by the net. Their identities, video, audio, names scrubbed off the internet and never to return. Their identities to forever remain a mystery but that…

This is what happens when an invasion of privacy happens on the net… the people posting the information are too apathetic to care about the harm..

This in my opinion is basically revenge porn. Haunts you forever and you can’t really remove it. Releasing their identities is horrible attempt at justice, that fails and just ends up destroying lives just like revenge porn.
